I am 5' 11" my bust is 38 inches and my waist is 33 inches, hips 39 inches. I wear the medium. I am sharing this so you understand that the top CAN stretch a little further in case the bust needs a bit more room, while you want it to sit snug enough around the waist.

95% high grade non-pilling eco rayon / 5% spandex

Unlike most man-made fibers, rayon is not synthetic. It is made from wood pulp, a naturally-occurring, cellulose-based raw material. It was also made in a closed-loop process, meaning the by-product that some rayon productions release into the waterways is here re-used and therefore qualifies as an eco fabric.

Sustainability encompasses not only how items are made but also how they are cared for. For ultimate longevity, wash in warm water and hang dry. While occasional drying on low heat is acceptable, the spandex content is generally heat sensitive and may become brittle faster if stored in a hot place or frequently put into a hot dryer.
