We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Once it is packed and the shipping label is printed, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please understand that it may take a few days on top of the quoted transit time. While shipments generally go out super quickly, it can take longer when we are running a sale.

Here are some guidelines to help ensure a smooth process with returns and exchanges.
- All items bought at full retail price are returnable for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you would like us to send you a shipping label to spare you the trip to the postoffice we are happy to send it and will deduct the amount from the return total. If you are exchanging for another size we will cover shipping both ways for the first round of exchanges within the U.S.A
- All items bought with a special promotion discount codes (15- 30%) are exchangeable for store credit within 30 days. When using promotional coupon codes all return shipping costs back to our hub are covered by the customer. However, if you would prefer us to send you a shipping label to spare you the trip to the postoffice, we will take the shipping cost off the store credit.
- All items bought under the category Dealz 'n Stealz or are marked down online are final sales.
- All items bought in our amazing store location are only exchangeable for store credit within 30 days
- All intimates are final sales
We handle returns Mondays/ Wednesdays and Fridays between 12pm - 3pm
Sign into your account with the email you used to purchase your order. Here you will be able to locate your order and start your return process. Don't worry, even if you checked out as a guest you have an account and will be able to redeem your password easily.

This can take up to 48 hours depending on the day you submit your request. But don’t ya worry… We will do our best to get right back to you.
- Once a refund is issued you will receive an email confirmation and the money will be back in your account within 3-7 days.
- If we issue you a store credit we will email you with all the needed info to redeem it.
- Please send clothing in perfectly unused condition with all tags intact (yes... we can tell if it has been worn and laundered and may depending on the situation charge a small laundering fee if the garment comes back with deodorant stains or smelling strongly chemical perfume or body odor… As you would probably not love receiving your order in such state either ;) Thank you so much for your kind consideration and understanding. xox
