Order Specifc Issues: 

"Your website won’t accept my shipping address"

Occasionally, our shipping software may flag a physical address as invalid—even if you’ve lived there for years and regularly receive packages.

I’m so sorry if this is happening to you. Unfortunately, this is shipping-app related and out of Leom's control. 

  • Make sure you parced it out correctly 
  • Consider using an alternate address, or

  • Contact me directly at leomheadquarters@gmail.com. I can bypass the website and create a manual order for you. 

We’ll find a solution together!


"I had an item in my cart, but it disappeared after I paused for a few minutes"

This can happen if you're attempting to buy the last item in stock and you pause/stall or try to go back during checkout. 

Here’s what to do:

  • Wait 20–30 minutes so the system can "release" the item from your previous session.

  • Try adding it again to a new cart.

(Heads-up: it's also possible someone else purchased it during that pause.)


"The item I want is out of stock"

If something is sold out, the best thing to do is sign up for a restock alert.

  • Select the size and color you want.

  • Enter your email in the pop-up notification window.

  • Want multiple colors or sizes? Do this for each variant.

You'll get an automated email as soon as it's available again.


"I received duplicate notifications—did I order the item more than once?"

Glitches happen in the world of tech...but we are some pretty down to earth humans over here and keep an eye out for duplicate orders and will contact you if we spot anything unusual. 

To double-check yourself:

  • Look for your order confirmation email.

  • If you received multiple emails with the same order number, it's most likely a single order.

  • Check PayPal or your bank account to confirm you were only charged once.


"I didn’t get an order confirmation—did my order go through?"

Here’s how to verify:

  1. Check your email inbox (including spam and promotions folders) for a confirmation message.

  2. Look at your PayPal or bank account to see if a payment went through.

If you did not receive an email and there’s no payment, the order likely didn’t go through.


"I was charged but didn’t get a confirmation email"

Please check your spam and promotions folders first.

If you still don’t see it, email us at leomheadquarters@gmail.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • The email used at checkout

  • A screenshot of your PayPal payment or bank charge


"I’m stuck in a loop or can’t complete my order"

Try these quick fixes:

  • Refresh your browser

  • Try an incognito or private browser window

  • Switch browsers (Chrome and Firefox work best)

  • Temporarily disable ad blockers or privacy extensions

  • Clear your cache and cookies

  • Use a different device (phone or computer)

  • Try a different payment method (we accept cards through PayPal even without an account)

"Can I shop in person?"

In-person shopping is currently limited, as I no longer keep regular store hours.

"How do I wash my garment?"

  • In general: Warm wash + hang dry is safe and easy

  • For material-specific care: Check the product description on the website
