Unlike most man-made fibers, rayon is not synthetic. It is made from wood pulp, a naturally-occurring, cellulose-based raw material. It was also made in a closed-loop process, meaning the by-product that some rayon productions release into the waterways is here re-used and therefore qualifies as an eco fabric.
Sustainability encompasses not only how items are made but also how they are cared for. For ultimate longevity, wash in warm water and hang dry. While occasional drying on low heat is acceptable, the spandex content is generally heat sensitive and may become brittle faster if stored in a hot place or frequently put into a hot dryer.

The perfect blend of sexy and comfortable
Make no mistake, these are yoga pants. I bought them to wear when I am out and about on the weekends, but a funny thing happened when I put them on... I started getting all sorts of compliments about my butt from the men in my life (who can make these comments and have it sound appropriate.) So now I wear them dancing and sometimes when I want to look casually beautiful. I love them! I have them in the white and the black and hope to purchase the teal and blue ones soon. I should also point out that I am 5'6" and a size 12...I'm do not have that little stereotypical yogini body. So if that sounds like you too, consider these pants. I suspect that you will love how you feel in them too.

The Best Dance Pant Ever
I've been dancing in nothing but the Omkara Skirt Pant for about 4 years. I finally had to recycle the first ones I bought, not for wearing out as the magical material holds up beautifully, but they seemed to retain odor like anything well-worn. It was just time to retire them. I bought the Burgundy color and love the many rich colors you offer. Thank you for creating a fabulous fit and flow for us dancers. I will wear them for life!
